Objective: Accessing data information of patients has been a challenge for years due to the use paper recording, some essential are either lost or mistakenly thrown away and cannot be retrieved. This is major public health concern ensure effective provision healthcare patients. The purpose study focuses on barriers utilizing an electronic system in sub-Saharan Africa.
 Methods: A systematic review was carried out with aid online research journal websites as well other in-context articles. While conducting this study, keywords search query were directed toward implementation Sub-Saharan Africa. Areas noted relation systems among professionals.
